WHAT WE DO
Childhood illiteracy is often linked with poor access to proper vision care. We want to change that.
According to the National Literacy Institute, 70% of low-income fourth-grade students struggle to read at a basic level. Every child deserves the vision support needed to unlock their full potential. That's why we're here.
XP Health's 20/20 VISIONaries breaks down a key barrier to childhood literacy: prescription glasses
We're donating prescription glasses to low-income children in Tampa, Florida, with plans to expand across the country in the coming years.
We've teamed up with the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA to support their YMCA READS! literacy and mentoring program. This initiative is dedicated to enhancing the literacy skills of students from kindergarten through third grade, ensuring they reach grade-level performance standards.
We're excited to support these kids and watch them soar!

"Vision is one of the most underserved areas for our families, so being able to close this gap with XP Health in service to childhood literacy means so much to us and the families we serve. This will reduce a key barrier to reading and improve literacy rates."
